Job Description

  • Lead the product management of Integration capabilities for the Masterworks platform, building market-driven, scalable solutions that address the evolving needs of public sector agencies in North America
  • Define the roadmap for integration features, ensuring alignment with market trends and platform scalability rather than individual customer-specific needs
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to design and develop robust integration solutions, including API frameworks and middleware
  • Drive the product strategy to support seamless integration with third-party applications and data sources, focusing on product marketability and performance
  • Ensure that integration solutions are built to scale, addressing the broader market while enabling interoperability with other enterprise systems
  • Continuously assess industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform the integration strategy for Masterworks
  • Monitor and manage KPIs for product performance, ensuring integration solutions meet business and technical objectives
  • Required Skills Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus from a premium institute
  • Minimum of 7 years of product management experience focusing on SaaS platform integration capabilities
  • Experience in building market-driven integration solutions rather than custom implementations
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS sector, ideally serving industries like construction or the public sector
  • Proficiency in API management tools and integration platforms (e g, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong understanding of data exchange methodologies, ETL processes, and data management strategies
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to work across product, engineering, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and design scalable integration solutions for a broad market
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on product success
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Hard Skills:
  • Experience in product management, particularly for SaaS platforms, with a focus on integration solutions
  • Strong understanding of API management, middleware, and integration protocols (e g, REST, SOAP)
  • Experience in building integration capabilities that scale across multiple customers and use cases, focusing on product marketability
  • Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and architecture
