Trainee Product Management

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA and have 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably within the [industry or specific domain]. You will work closely with senior product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to help bring innovative products to market, improve existing offerings, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior product managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 
• Assist in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products and features. 
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities. 
• Help create detailed product specifications, wireframes, and user stories. 
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to make data-driven improvements. 
• Support the development of go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams on product positioning. 
• Track key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives. 
• Assist in backlog grooming, and sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features. 
• Communicate progress, updates, and results to internal stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

• MBA degree from a recognized institution. 
• 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). 
• Passion for technology, user experience, and delivering customer value. 
• Experience in [your industry or relevant technology/domain] is a plus.
