Objective: Takes overall responsibility for managing all Pharma brands within a basket. Assists in developing and executing the Pharma marketing & branding strategy to improve market. Monitors activities such as media, brand value proposition offered, brand activation, pricing, packaging, and promotion and New Product Initiative.
Role & responsibilities :
1. Brand Management
- A) Sample & Input Planning
- B) Developing perceptive design of promotional inputs (VA, LBL, Product Literature etc.)
- C) Meeting deadlines & planning related to timely dispatch of promo input & physician samples.
- D) Launch Brand Plan Preparation
- E) Market Share Presentation
- F) Communication with Agency regarding design brief on VA/LBL
- G) Promotional Strategy Formation & Monitoring (MPPL & RSE)
- H) Telephonic Follow up on Strategies - Report (RSE & MPPL)
- I) Rack Display Execution & Follow up (RSE)
2. Support to Sales Team
- A) Coordination related to Promotional Strategy implementation with sales team
- B) Depot wise stock monitoring of products & spot gift (MPPL & RSE)
- C) Persuasion with RRWS
- D) Conducting Cycle Meetings (RSE & MPPL)
- E) Updating the status of achievement vs. target along with Incentive Schemes to individual F/F.(MPPL & RSE)
- F) Field Visit Report
- G) Arranging & monitoring gift scheme for retailers (MPPL & RSE)
3. Market Research
- A) Market Survey
- B) Competitor's information
- C) Analysis of Rx Survey report periodically circulated by external agencies.
4. Portfolio Management
- A) Brand Wise Target vs Achievement.
- B) Sales Trend Analysis
- C) Competitors Information Analysis
- D) Monitoring Ongoing Activities. (MPPL & RSE)
Preferred candidate profile :
- B.Pharm (Equivalent in Marketing will be a plus)
- Minimum 5 to 6 Years experience (in which min 1 to 3years experience require in Pharma Sales)
- The candidate having exposure in General Divisions or Acute Seg will be preferred.
- Market Research and Go-to-Market Strategy skills
- Sales and Product Management skills
- Product Marketing expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team Management skills.
