Sandoz People & Organization (P&O) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HCM Product Lead to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Workday platform. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our Workday solution effectively supports our business needs and delivers a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Workday functionality, a strong product mindset, and excellent communication and collaboration skills

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop and champion the product roadmap for the Workday platform, aligning with overall business objectives and IT strategy. This includes identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and expansion of Workday capabilities. The role will also support complete transition from SAP HR (legacy) to Workday in short term.
- Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility. Manage the product roadmap and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Workday enhancements and new features. Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with development, testing, and implementation teams. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Manage the relationship with Workday and other relevant vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and issues are resolved effectively.
- Monitor the adoption of the Workday platform, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and user experience. Track key metrics and report on adoption rate.
- Ensure the Workday platform adheres to relevant compliance and security standards. Work with IT security teams to implement appropriate security measures.
What you ll bring to the role:
- M aster s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in a product management role, with a strong focus on Workday HCM. Prior experience of SAP HR (HR Core) will be added ad-vantage.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Workday HCM and other relevant modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
