Profile Overview:

We are looking for a Product Lead to drive our product strategy and execution. This role requires a blend of Product Innovation Skills and leadership skills. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.

Qualification & Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in product management
• Strong technical and market analysis skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
• Manage product development with a focus on technical requirements and project timelines.
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, providing clear direction, mentoring, and support to drive high performance, ensure effective collaboration, and achieve product objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and advocate for customer needs.
• Apply UX/UI design principles to enhance user experience.
