Job Description
- Architect and design business-critical, large-scale distributed systems that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Lead product development efforts, translating business objectives into technical solutions with a focus on SAAS architecture.
- Ensure systems are compatible with DevOps processes, logging, monitoring, and operational needs.
- Work independently and collaboratively on projects to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Maintain operational excellence by reducing on-call volume, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and fostering system improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers (PDE I/II), with potential promotions based on panel approval.
Work Experience
- 8+ years of software development experience, particularly in product development environments.
- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST, SOAP, JSON, Spring, and MongoDB, along with expertise in design patterns.
- Experience leading and designing complex, distributed systems, with a strong understanding of cloud deployments (AWS or Azure).
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and efficient coding practices.
- Operational experience with customer support, implementation tools, and post-launch troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
