Job Opportunity: Accountant (1-3 Years Experience) - Andheri, Mumbai

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will manage back-office operations and financial documentation in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are ready to grow their skills.

Key Responsibilities -

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Process invoices and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure sufficient cash flow for operational needs.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external use.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Handle documentation for taxes, audits, and other financial activities.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile -

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
5. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
8. Prior experience in the IT industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Details -

• Job Title: Accountant
• Location: Andheri, Mumbai
• Experience Required: 1-3 years
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Six Days Week)
• Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month (per month based on experience and qualifications)
