Job location BTM Layout, Bangalore

Work hours: Mon-Friday , 3pm to 12 midnight IST with 1 hour break

Limited Flex hours are possible with approval by management.

Salary = Rs.3.0- 5.0 Lkh per annum based on experience

Job Description

• Manage the regular preparation and submission of consolidated and non-consolidated US GAAP financial reporting and disclosures
• Day to day book keeping , Bank Reconciliation in ERP / Quickboooks/Tally.
• Verification & approval of sales order and purchase orders .
• Verification of Order Level Profitability
• Invoice Processing and Payment Follow-up with customers
• Perform control functions of financial reporting while working closely with Order Management team
• US Federal & State Tax filing and documentation, GST , TDS filing in India
• Manage month-end process and reporting to properly reflect the Balance Sheet, P&L and Owner's Equity
• Office Administration Reporting activities as required.

100% of the work will be driven by deadlines and the employee must be prepared to work under pressure of daily deadlines.

Personal Time Off : PTO is limited to 15 business days/year. PTO includes all vacation/leave/sick days . PTO must be approved at least 2 weeks in advance.

Work From Home: 12 Days work from home option is provided to all employees per year.

Desired Candidate Profile

Work experience: 3+ years minimum

• B.Com/M.Com/CA(Final)/ICWAI , with experience in Accounting.
• Proficiency in English is necessary - both written & oral,
• Tally/Quick books, MS-Word, Excel, Email, Internet basics.
• Experience in Procurement , or Import/Export industry is a plus.
