Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. To consult with potential customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.

2. To make outbound calls to potential customers, develop new leads, and close sales.

3. To work in close cooperation with a sales manager.

4. To communicate with customers via emails, phone calls, and in meetings throughout the day.

5. To gain new leads and converting them into ongoing customers by building lasting connections and relationships with them.

6. To identify new sales opportunities, explain offers, benefits, and features of products and services, create monthly reports and presentations with sales data.
