Prodapt - NewRelic Administrator/Developer - Application Performance Monitoring (3-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled New Relic Administrator to manage, optimize, and ensure the effective utilization of New Relic's Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining system performance using New Relic for cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and configure New Relic APM tools to monitor application performance, infrastructure, and logs.

- Set up dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics to provide real-time performance insights.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application and system performance.

- Monitor infrastructure, diagnose issues, and ensure system reliability and scalability.

- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest New Relic features and implement best practices for monitoring.

- Manage New Relic integrations with other tools and platforms.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in APM tools, with a strong focus on New Relic.

- Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, or similar) for automation.

- Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker).

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and log management.
