Job Description

As an HVAC Procurement Executive, you will manage the procurement of HVAC materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition. Your main responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and purchase HVAC items like AHUs, VRVs, copper pipe insulations, ADP ducts, grills, diffusers, and MS pipes.
  • Relationships with reliable suppliers, evaluate and select vendors, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking and ensure availability.
  • Track expenses, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure all materials meet required specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery.
    • Requirements: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 to 3 years in HVAC procurement or a related field.
    • Strong negotiation, vendor management, organizational, and communication skills.
