Procurement Executive

Job Title: Procurement Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Industry: Agro-Chemical

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement for import: send inquiries, follow-up, compare supplier quotes, and make informed decisions.
• Submit and ensure timely and accurate import documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and timely submission of documents to the Customs House Agent (CHA) and DGFT.
• Coordinate with Finance and Plant teams for smooth operations and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in procurement/supply chain, preferably in agro-chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of import procedures and compliance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• ERP/software knowledge is a plus.
