Position Process Co-ordinator Executive

Reporting to – EA to CEO

Experience – 1-2 Yrs

Location – Kolkata

Qualification – Graduation (Any)

NowPurchase is seeking a dedicated and proactive Process Associate to monitor, track, and escalate delays in processes effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure that all delays are promptly addressed by the relevant Points of Contact (POCs) in accordance with the established escalation matrix, minimizing the need for internal follow-ups. This role will serve as a pivotal point in ensuring smooth workflow across teams and projects. This role is critical in maintaining timelines, optimizing processes and ensuring organizational efficiency.

• Monitor and track ongoing processes to identify delays.
• Escalate delays on time to the appropriate POCs as per the escalation matrix.
• Ensure timely communication of delay information to the relevant stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on progress and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Follow up with stakeholders in a confident, polite, and professional manner

a. Must understand Hindi, English, and Bengali.

b. Must be able to communicate fluently in Hindi.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
