Senior Manager ER Estimates & Ex-Ante Credit Benchmarking (AFOLU)

• Act as the Principal Owner and Point ofAccountability for all AFOLU Project ER Estimations within the company - duringthe Project Feasibility, Investment Proposal, and Ex-Ante stages.
  
• Act as the Internal Custodian &Guarantor of the Ex-Ante Credit Benchmarking - thus playing a crucial supportrole in attaining Project Credibility, maximizing Investability, andeliminating Risk.
  
• Initiate & generate detailed Project EREstimation sheets for all AFOLU projects in collaboration with SMEs and ProjectLeads - incorporating the most Market-credible & acceptable methods,formulas, technical & scientific references, as relevant for eachparticular AFOLU project category. The project categories would include but arenot limited to: ARR (Afforestation, Reforestation & Revegetation), BlueCarbon (Mangroves, Sea Grass, etc), Sustainable Agriculture, IFM (IntegratedForest Management), CCB (Climate, Community & Biodiversity), REDD+, etc.
  
• Create, Maintain & Update as necessary,Standard Modeling & Calculation Templates for each particular AFOLU projectcategory.
  
• Bring Cohesiveness, Clarity &Consistency to Project ER Estimations that may often involve inputs distributedover multiple departmental stakeholders including Project SMEs, Finance,Project Operations, etc., as well as require multiple iterations overpotentially long project gestation periods.
  
• Be an extremely collaborative Team Playerwith the ability to proactively reach out to various Team members (includingSMEs and Project Leads), in order to collaboratively formulate the ErEstimations for each ongoing project opportunity.
  
• While the role is majorly focused on theEx-Ante stage, it also has responsibility during the Validation andVerification stages, as much as necessary to support the Project Operationsteams in the matter of justifications and reconciliation of ER calculations.
  
• Expertly accumulate, update and maintain ERBenchmarking Data & Analytics in an ongoing manner, from a wide range ofcredible sources including but not limited to: Registered Projects on GlobalCarbon Platforms, Industry References, Global Standardization Bodies, Current& Historical Scientific Studies, etc., to position all Project ERestimations on a robust ground with contemporary market acceptability.
  
• Conduct periodic Internal Trainings &Seminars to communicate the best practices in ER Estimations & Calculationsto the SME teams and others.
  
• Be presentable & well-groomed at alltimes, as befits a corporate working culture.
