We are hiring for RCM Communication Trainer Position for Chennai location.

Skills : Process Trainer / Process Coach

Domain : US Healthcare - Medical Billing

Shift Timing : Night Shift (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Evaluate the communication skills and needs of our healthcare RCM teams.

• Design and implement effective training programs tailored to the healthcare RCM industry.
• Conduct training sessions on various communication skills, including patient communication, team collaboration, and professional writing.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to ensure the application of learned skills.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare communication and RCM processes.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and online learning modules.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to participants and management.

Traits

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in communication training, preferably in healthcare RCM industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
