Process Coach - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Healthcare

Position Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Process Coach to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of RCM processes, excellent coaching abilities, and a commitment to improving operational efficiency. The Process Coach will play a crucial role in training staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching and Training: Provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to RCM team members on best practices, process improvements, and system utilization.
• Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for enhancement, streamlining processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance metrics, providing feedback and developing action plans for improvement.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies, facilitating audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including billing, coding, and accounts receivable, to align processes and share best practices.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions, process changes, and performance metrics. Prepare reports for management on team progress and outcomes.
• Problem Solving: Act as a point of contact for resolving operational challenges, providing solutions that enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within a healthcare environment.
• Proven experience in training or coaching roles, with strong interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of RCM processes, including billing, coding, claims processing, and collections.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficient in RCM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
