Process Trainer

Job Description: As a Process Trainer for our Voice Process, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of top-notch technical assistance to our customers regarding our internet solutions and products. This role demands a solid understanding of networking principles and products, along with excellent English communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in training and guiding our support specialists to efficiently resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities. Conduct training sessions for technical support specialists on providing prompt and courteous support via voice calls. Guide support specialists in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to internet solutions and products. Develop training materials and modules to enhance technical skills and customer service proficiency.

Monitor and evaluate trainees' performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as necessary. Document training progress and outcomes, ensuring comprehensive understanding and retention. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies for improvement. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed training sessions.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding customer service and technical support. Requirements. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Proven experience in technical support, preferably in a voice process environment.

Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Familiarity with internet solutions and products is highly desirable. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to work from the office at Techno Park, Trivandrum, Kerala. Transportation will be provided within a 30-kilometer radius of the office location.
