AGM - Process Engineering

Role & responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Capacity enhancements covering Mfg./quality/maintenance/Facilities to meet company's present/future Goals to have flexible, Scalable and Modular Facilities set up
• Conduct process analysis and simulation to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate process performance through data analysis and trend monitoring.
• Bottleneck operation elimination, Layout balancing & 4m change
• Equipment/Vendor selection. Participate in Purchase process/capex, make vs. buy analysis
• DVP approvals, Pre-Inspections of equipment, installation and Commissioning
• Productivity Improvement In all Plant Activity Through Industrial Engg and Low Cost Automation, Lean Manufacturing
• Routing Sheets, Technical specification built up ,TIE standards, documents pro-PFMEA/controls Plans Document control, TIE norms
• Exposure to TS/IS 16949 / IATF documentation
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Develop and update process documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure the activities involving new construction, continuous upgradation & major maintenance
• Oversee layout planning, ergonomics, employee facilities, material handling, storage facilities, F&F
• To ensure facility upgrade & productivity improvement in non-manufacturing area including material handling
• Ensure development deployment of resources and support problem solving on current & potential issues.

Ensure training & development of team members.
