Process Engineer

Position: Lead Engineer -Process Engineering

Education : BE/Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Experience : 2 - 4 Years in handling Process engineering including part proving, NC handling, Corrective actions etc. in special processes of Aerospace manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

* Basic understanding of Aerospace standards.
* Overall understating of Special process.
* Quality requirements for a process.
* Customer Drawing reading and interpretation, Understanding the drawing requirements.
* Difference between Compliance and suggestions, Problem solving skills.
* Interpretation of Specification and transplanting it to simple controls.
* Process establishment for new lines, Process Validation.
* Facing customer audits, Qualification of new line and process.
* AS 9100 Standards & NADCAP audit.
* Design of jigs and fixtures.
* RRCA and problem solving as part of Audit observations.
* Creation of process sequence and documentations
