Process Associate

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in US mortgage, Loan Funding/Pre-Funding.
• Should have worked with US Mortgage loans
• Should have worked with underwriting/Pre-funding/closing.
• Analyze and review title opinions.
• Knowledge of Transaction Level Processing and quality Controls - Wire Account verification, Document Review, QC.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in processing loan applications.
• Ability to work independently

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc/B.Tech/BBA/BBE)

Experience: 0-5 years

Excellent Communication Skills

Strong Analytical Skills

Excellent Email writing skills, and client communication.
