Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Head to lead and execute innovative designs for digital marketing campaigns, branding, social media, websites, and advertising. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Freshers with exceptional talent are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for digital campaigns, branding, and advertisements.
• Develop creative assets for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and freshers in the team.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience with UI/UX design using Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
• Motion graphics and video editing skills are an advantage.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
