Job Description: Sr. Software Engineer - Database

About the Role:

ProArch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. SQA Server Engineer with a strong foundation in database technologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical database solutions that support our core business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex database solutions using SQL Server.
• Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable T-SQL, SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay abreast of the latest database technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on database development.
• Proven expertise in SQL Server development, including T-SQL, database design, and performance tuning.
• Strong C# and .NET experience or a working background in these technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
