We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Executive to join our dynamic human resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR practices across the organization. You will utilize your expertise in HRMS tools to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to all HR operations
• Proficiency in using Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
