Mall Manager

1. Implementation of marketing initiatives of the Mall.

2. Executing various events and promotions in order to increase the footfall and experience of the Mall.

3. Responsible for co-branding activities, barter deals, sponsorships and third party alliances.

4. Weekly and Monthly reporting, MIS and Documentation.

5. Coordinating with various agencies, brands and third party clients for space selling.

6. Responsible for selling branding and promotion space to generate monthly marketing income.

7. Interact with Mall tenants and integrate them in Mall events and activities.

8. Ensuring that branding displays, marketing promotions & activities of Retailers are up-dated & well executed at all times.

09. Directing staff, collecting fees, solving complaints, overseeing maintenance, preparing financial reports, updating records, Negotiating contracts, Approving marketing campaigns.
