Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the LED lighting, FMCG Sector and automotive parts sectors.
• Lead sales initiatives to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to target new markets and increase revenue from existing accounts.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, focusing on product offerings, advantages and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competition, and customer demands.
• Provide insightful feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences and opportunities for product enhancements or development.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business growth.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business development reports for management and provide forecasting based on market trends and opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have experience in LED lighting, Electronic products manufacturers or automotive parts manufacturers industry.
