Role & responsibilities :

Accounting and Audit

• Experience in Tally ERP.
• Preparation and finalisation of company accounts as per Schedule III and Accounting

Standards.

• Experience in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit.
• Independently handle audit assignment along with team members.
• Income Tax
• Preparation of Computation of Income, Income Tax returns of companies, individuals,

partnership firms, trusts, etc

Preparation of TDS returns.

Preparation of employee tax computation, payroll.

Preparation of rectification application, appeals, under Income tax Act.

• Representation before Income Tax department.

ROC :

• Preparation of ROC returns.
• Incorporation of Companies.
• Preparation of Minute Book as per Companies Act.
• Representation before ROC department.

GST

• Preparation of GST Returns and GST Audit.
• Representation before GST department.
• Regulatory Compliance
• Compliance of Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance.
• Compliance under Foreign Exchange Regulations.
