Zonal Head - Marketing Accounts

JD Zonal Marketing Accounts:

• Leading the regional offices with team size about 8-10 people.
• Checking customers Invoice & Monitoring & controlling Customer Outstanding.
• Co-ordination in Dealer-retailer Appointment/Agreements and compliance.
• Calculation and posting of dealer Discounts.
• Validation of vendor bill as per Work Order/Purchase Order and booking in the system.
• Checking, verification and analysis of traveling expenses and reporting.
• GST- reconciliation, Ensuring correct claim of GST input and Assist in filing of TDS & GST Return.
• Depot and Transit Stock Monitoring & Monthly stock reconciliation.
• Advertisement Bills verification.
• Balance Confirmation monitoring of Vendors & customers including settlements if any.
• Ensuring depot operations are conducted efficiently.
• Regular analysis and MIS of all cost and revenue items.
• Inter Departmental Co-ordination like marketing logistics etc.
• Budgeting and variance analysis along with Monthly closing activities like calculation of provisions and related reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate must have min 5 yrs of experience at managerial level with Min qualification of CA inter or MBA finance from reputed institution.
