Java Technical Architect

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to join our team and drive the Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable, high-performing, and secure technology solutions aligned with business goals. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience in enterprise-level architecture frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement Enterprise Architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.

Lead the design, development, and integration of complex systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define architectural best practices and technical standards.

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance and maintainability.

Establish governance models, architecture patterns, and reusable frameworks to ensure consistency across the enterprise.

Oversee cloud, microservices, and API-driven architectures , ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.

Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and system reliability.

Conduct technical assessments, code reviews, and performance optimizations for critical applications.

Mentor and guide engineering teams , fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in enterprise architecture.

Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficiency in Java, .NET, Python, or other modern programming languages.

Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API gateways.

Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and distributed data processing.

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and performance tuning best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
