Consultant - Tech Analyst

Responsibilities Role Description: The Consultant - Tech Analyst is responsible for providing support on GoAnywhere & Cleo (Managed File Transfer). He is expected to understand the user requirements for creating builds, troubleshoot and resolve during build process and providing end to end support for all File Transfer related incidents for Enterprise Business Units. This will be Individual contributor role. Key Responsibilities: Extensive knowledge of GoAnywhere Tool or above, troubleshooting, build, upgrades. Implementation, Configuration, Maintenance and Management Excellent knowledge of File Transfer, Encryption / Decryption Protocols, and key management Ability to apply knowledge of tools to create solutions which are maintainable, follows enterprise patterns, and address new requirements. Drive and reviews efforts to research, design, plan and maintain new or existing hardware and software technology components. Serving as Subject Matter Expert for requirements within areas of responsibility including Support & delivery. Must have excellent organizational and written / verbal communication skills. He should be willing to work on weekends and flexible shifts. Qualifications Education: Graduate - Bachelor s degree (Engineering preferred) Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation V4 Any certifications on Manafed File Transfer. Hands on experience of GoAnywhere and/or Cleo. Manage the day-to-day maintenance of monitoring systems, engineering solutions and their integration into broad environment. Drives opportunities proactively for improvement both in the tools managed and the systems being monitored. Pushing technologies where appropriate to cloud solutions & look for implementation opportunities.
