Storage Principal Engineer - Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable storage solutions using CEPH and S3 for highly reliable cloud and on-premise environments.
• Develop and implement advanced data management strategies within a Kubernetes environment to ensure high availability and efficiency across distributed storage systems.
• Design and manage storage integration with Kubernetes and OpenStack environments.
• Design robust storage security frameworks covering encryption, access controls, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in storage architecture, with substantial expertise in deploying and managing storage solutions in cloud environments utilizing CEPH, S3, and on-premise infrastructures.
• Advanced expertise in storage networking constructs, particularly within OpenStack and Kubernetes frameworks.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with storage virtualization technologies, including CEPH and S3.
• Comprehensive understanding of storage protocols, including iSCSI, NFS, SMB, and object storage.
• Extensive experience in designing and managing Software-Defined Storage (SDS) architectures.
• Proven ability in designing and implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions within cloud-managed storage environments.
• Advanced proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting storage services within cloud infrastructures.
