OpenStack Principal Engineer - Immediate Joiner

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the design and implementation of OpenStack environments for highly scalable cloud infrastructure.
● Develop and implement advanced orchestration strategies within an OpenStack environment to ensure high availability and efficiency across distributed applications.
● Design and manage integrations with Kubernetes and other cloud-native environments.
● Design robust OpenStack security frameworks covering encryption, firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
● At least 10 years of experience in OpenStack architecture, with substantial expertise in deploying and managing OpenStack in cloud environments.
● Advanced expertise in OpenStack components such as Nova, Neutron, Cinder, and Swift.
● Deep understanding and practical experience with OpenStack orchestration tools, including Heat and Magnum.
● Comprehensive understanding of cloud protocols and APIs, including REST and OpenStack API.
● Extensive experience in designing and managing Software-Defined Infrastructure (SDI) architectures using OpenStack.
● Proven ability in designing and implementing cloud-native applications within OpenStack environments.
● Advanced proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting OpenStack services and components.
● Experience in using monitoring and management tools tailored to OpenStack environments.
● Mastery of automation and scripting within OpenStack, including Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
