Acuver Consulting is looking for proficient IBM Sterling OMS Principal Consultant/ManagingConsultant between 8 to 20 years relevant work experience

In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of retail by leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge order management solutions for major clients. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and architects to deliver solutions that optimize order fulfillment, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

What you'll do :

Lead the way: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex OMS implementations.

Be the expert: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating their business needs into robust technical solutions.

Design and develop: Create innovative solutions, including customizations, extensions, and integrations with existing systems, leveraging the full capabilities of IBM Sterling OMS.

Share your knowledge: Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

What you'll need :

Deep Sterling OMS expertise :

- 12-20 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS (v9.0+ and OMOC), including a strong understanding of its architecture, components, and functionalities.

Proven track record :

- A history of successfully delivering complex OMS solutions for large retailers.

Technical proficiency :

- Extensive experience extending Sterling OMS (Pipelines, APIs, etc.), along with expertise in configuration, deployment, and build scripts.

Business acumen: Solid knowledge of global inventory visibility, order flows, and Sterling DB.

Collaboration and communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Bonus points :

- Experience with IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising, Order Management on Cloud, and Inventory Visibility.

- Experience with IBM Call Centre, Store Engagement, Jasper Reports.

- Proficiency with back-end (Java, Spring, etc.) and database technologies.

- Knowledge of cloud-based Sterling OMS certified container deployments.

- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics best practices.
