Job Description
- Understand the requirement, analyze and design
- Development using standard development principles
- Testing and delivering to QA team with very high quality
- Resolution of bugs within a short time
- Analyze support issues wrt code defects on an ongoing basis and define Root Cause Analysis
- Fix and turn around the code as a patch release to the customer
- Enhance development/coding principles based on experience and analysis of issues
- For Senior profiles
- High level design followed by a detailed design
- Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture
- Able to present to Senior Management the end to end design
- Experience in development and design ranging from 6 years to 10 years
- Development experience requirements for Front End (UI) Development
- Web fundamentals like HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS, JSP, Servlets
- JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, Oracle JET
- Experience on Javascript libraries like JQuery, AJAX and JSON is a Must and like React, RequireJS, Knockout, Angular is desirable
- CSS experience with the ability to build / modify complex, cross-browser CSS layouts.
- Development experience requirements for Back End Development
- Experience in Java, Java EE, Spring boot/Helidion applications (Java 8+ preferable)
- Microservices (API) development
- Experience in XML, JSON, RESTFul API, reusable Java libraries
- Web Containers: Experience in atleast one or two Containers namely Jetty, Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere, Springboot
- Database technologies: Experience in atleast one namely OracleDB (Must have), MySql, and Mongodb
- PL/SQL knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge on CI/CD Process , Docker and Kubernetes is desirable
- Knowledge in Python programming is very desirable
- Secondary Skills required
- IDE: Eclipse, NetBeans, SQL Developer
- Version control and build tools (Maven, Jenkins, Ant, Gradle, Git, Subversion)
