Job Description
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to manage our construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- - Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards
- - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
- - Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution
- - Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- - Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- - Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues, provide guidance, and share best practices
- - Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and quality control metrics
- Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- - Minimum 9 years of experience in construction project management.
- - Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion
- - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
