Consultant / Sr. Consultant / Manager - Infrastructure Consulting

Primus Partners (www.primuspartners.in) is looking to hire passionate and self-driven professionals for the Infrastructure Consulting practice. The position shall be based out of Pune and will work with clients in the Govt. / Public sector space (Preference will be given to people who can join immediately).

Educational background: MBA / Masters in Urban Planning

Years of Exp.: 3+ Years Exp.

Basic requirements:

1. Experience in Infrastructure Consulting / Urban Planning / Housing

2. Strong knowledge and understanding of technology

3. Experience in financial planning, project viability analysis, use of planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project

4. Experience in transaction advisory and PPP

5. Experience of contract review / contract management

6. Experience of working in Government advisory (desirable)

7. Experience of working with Planning Authorities would be an added advantage

8. Experience in leading projects and client relationships

9. International experience / exposure would be an added advantage

Other requirements:

- Very strong written and verbal communication skills

- Very strong skills in preparing presentations

- Should have a passion for learning

- Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Should be a good team player, as well as someone who takes up responsibilities.
