Helping clients understand the platform and supporting them throughout the process of making a deposit
Assisting clients via various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, platform chat, email, push notifications).
Discover your Fit:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on Forex, CFDs, or Crypto.
Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset.
Proficiency in both English and Urdu.
Strong motivation to work in the financial industry with a high-demand product.
