Quality Auditor - IP, Surgery, IVR, Cardiovascular, ED Facility

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits for IP DRG/ SDS / IVR / Surgery / Cardiovascular / ED facility to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Review medical records and documentation to identify areas of improvement in patient care.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement corrective actions and improve overall quality of services.
  
• Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure adherence to established standards.
  
• Provide training and education on quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in a similar role or related field (Medical Coding, Quality).
  
• Strong understanding of IP DRG/ SDS / IVR / Surgery / Cardiovascular / ED facility operations.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to review complex data sets and identify trends.
  
• Effective communication skills with ability to work collaboratively across departments.
