Medical Representative / Territory Manager

We are looking for a driven and dedicated Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The MR will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, ensuring they are well-informed about our products and their benefits. This role requires a deep understanding of our product line, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company's products to healthcare professionals.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff to encourage the use of the company's products.

• Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Market Research: Monitor competitor activity, product performance, and market trends to provide feedback to management.

• Territory Management: Organize appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare professionals.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments and product knowledge related to pharmaceuticals offered by the company.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales and provide regular updates to the sales manager on performance and market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time, plan territory, and complete administrative tasks.
• Drivers License: Must possess a valid drivers license for field visits.
