• Sourcing NEW supplier and vendors
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Nego
• Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure
• Inspec
• Maintain updated records of all orders, payments, and received stock into our internal system
• Prepare repots on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff.
Required Candidate profile
• Proven Work experience as purchase executive role.
• Good Knowledge of vendor sourcing prachase
• Good analytical skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good written communication
• Ability to follow client specific
• Bachelors Degree.
