2. Analyse Rental Agreements,
3. Strong Knowledge of GST, Income Tax Laws, Filing of GST Returns, TDS Returns,
4. Management Information Systems (MIS): Develop, implement, and manage MIS to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
5. (CAM): Handle CAM activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
6. Audit Management: Conduct internal audits, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and prepare audit reports.
7. Profitability Analysis: Analyze financial data to assess profitability and provide recommendations for improvement.
