Requirement:
We are technology company based in Mumbai, India. Our target market is primarily SME in North America and Europe. We are looking for a Sr. Inside sales with proven ability convert leads into sales in the North American market.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop in-depth knowledge of companys products and services
• Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, and digital and online tools
• Qualify leads and maintain a database in the CRM system
• Conduct cold calls, virtual meetings, and email contacts to present companies offerings
• Understand customer requirements and pain points and offer appropriate solutions
• Follow-up with leads to move them up the sales funnel
• Work closely with the solutions team to close sales
• Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns
• Keeps company’s data and CRM database updated
• Track performance metrics such as conversion rates etc.
Requirement:
• 2-4 years of inside sales experience in selling information technology products/services in the North American market
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Time management and organization.
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.
