Role & responsibilities

• Managing and executing seamless relocation projects for international clients, coordinating all aspects of the move including pricing, transportation, documentation, and customs compliance.
• Maintaining agent Relationship and Business generation along with the team handling.
• Utilizing strong communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of international moves
• Handling B2B and B2C sales.
• Brand Evaluation for business generation.
• Preparation of the Domestic/International quotations, negotiation with the destination agents, chaos
• Handling and survey arrangement to obtain customer loyalty.
• Dealing with overseas agents and focusing on customer loyalty management.
• Review & Prepare the weekly & Monthly sales reports for the team to increase revenue.

Preferred candidate profile

Key skills:-

a) Graduate

b) Must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills.

c) Experience in similar industry (Packer and movers) is preferred.

d) Proficient in Microsoft Office.
