Job Description
Pricing Analyst (1+ years ) Full Time , Bangalore About the Role:
The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in developing and evaluating pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pricing decisions that align with business objectives.
Qualification :
A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute in India.
What You ll Do: - Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with Business, Operations, and Product teams to align pricing initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Conduct detailed data analysis using tools like MS Excel, SQL, or other analytics platforms to evaluate pricing performance and financial impacts.
- Perform regular monitoring of key pricing metrics and create detailed reports highlighting opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations to optimize pricing structures and ensure profitability.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for pricing optimization.
- Work under tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic market changes while ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

- Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience in pricing, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel . Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Google Apps Script is a plus.
- Prior experience in Pricing , Contract Handling , or Procurement (Sourcing) is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle large datasets effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to ambiguity.
- A proactive approach to ownership with high work standards and ethical values.
