Wordpress Developer - Laravel/CodeIgniter (2-5 yrs)

Prevaj Consultants is seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our WordPress-based websites and applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy WordPress themes, plugins, and custom solutions

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code

- Integrate third-party APIs and services

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design

WordPress Expertise :

- In-depth knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins

- Experience with WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, Beaver Builder)

- Familiarity with WordPress multisite networks

PHP and Database :

- Strong PHP programming skills (2+ years of experience)

- Knowledge of MySQL and database optimization

- Experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter)

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with designers, project managers, and stakeholders

- Communicate technical information effectively

- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience in WordPress development

- Strong PHP programming skills

- Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and custom solutions

- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with WordPress migration and deployment tools (e.g., WP Engine, Pantheon)

- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins)

- Certification in WordPress development (e.g., WordPress Developer Certification)
