What We Expect From You:

As a CMM Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the precision and quality of products through effective CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operation and programming. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and able to perform manual inspections alongside the programming and operation of the CMM.

Key Responsibilities:

• CMM Programming & Operation: Set up and inspect parts using CMM, ensuring accuracy and inclusion of all necessary features.
• Work Instructions Development: Develop and maintain work instructions for CMM set-ups and operations across various programs.
• Calibration & Validation: Ensure instruments are calibrated and programs are validated for accurate measurements.
• Inspection & Reporting: Perform manual inspections and create detailed reports for in-house and external components. Ensure compliance with specifications.
• Software & Program Development: Create and update CMM software programs using Tangram software, revising programs as required.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on CMM machines and relevant facility equipment.
• Compliance: Review technical certificates, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Education: B.E (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in operating and programming CMM machines.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T) is desirable.
• Environmental Flexibility: Ability to work in environments with temperatures under 20°C.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Tangram CMM software.
