Proposal Engineer

1. Prospecting new business in assigned vertical customer identification, dealing, negotiating and finalizing.

2. Understanding requirements / RFQ & Enquiry specifications.

3. Techno-Commercial quotation preparation and estimating Cost for the enquiry.

4. Ensuring timely submission and follow up on proposals.

5. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.

6. Responsible for booking the sales order in ORACLE ERP, Customer Registration in CRM.

7. Responsible for On-time orders / schedule updates and delivery.

8. Internal communication with design, production or dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing.

Responsible for Payment follow-up with customer to ensure timely release of payment against orders.
