Executive Customer Service (Care).
- We are an automobile dealership for Tata Motors Ltd., looking for talented Telemarketers to join our Motor Insurance Renewal team at central Bangalore.
- You will be responsible for timely renewals of our customers' policies by regular outbound calls, as well as emails and messaging.
- The ideal candidate has strong customer handling skills, is persuasive and hard-working with good communication in English and local languages.
- Entry level position, with fresher's welcome and good scope for growth. Graduates of 22-26 yrs age only considered.
- Necessary training provided at induction and at regular intervals.
- Compensation as per industry standards with all statutory benefits of leave, ESI, PF, bonus etc.
Required skills:
- Good communication skills for voice calls, emails and messaging
- Fluency in English and Kannada compulsory
- Hard working, professional and courteous
- Fast learner with working knowledge of computers.
Job Description :
- Send renewal notices and reminders by email and messaging
- Make follow-up outbound calls to customers, explaining all features and benefits of the policy clearly
- Understand queries, identify customer needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Maintain all records on dedicated software and follow-up at regular intervals
- Close successful leads by enabling payments and issuing policies
- Any other related work as assigned by supervisor
