Director Digital Marketing

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Digital Marketing to lead and oversee our digital
marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Business and will be responsible for
managing and driving performance across multiple teams, including Performance Marketing, SEO, Social
Media Engagement, Influencer Marketing, and Content Writing.

Responsibilities and Skills:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer
engagement, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media Engagement, Influencer
Marketing, and Content Writing teams.
- Design and execute performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
- Oversee the content strategy to ensure high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across all channels.
- Collaborate with the VP of Business to set Monthly, Quarterly and annual digital marketing goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
