Manager - Branding & Content Development

Responsibilities :

- Managing the Branding & Creative Content Development department/ team of KVAT & Co and any of its Group Entities.

- Creating content for the firm for Marketing/ Business promotion purposes. Content could be in the form of flyers, posts, greetings, articles, etc.

- Creating and designing knowledge material, branding material, credential packs, capability decks, pitch decks, corporate profiles, brochures, internal and external PowerPoint presentations, posters, etc. for areas of services provided by the Firm and regarding any updates.

- Designing audit reports, proposal documents, study reports, townhall presentations, training material, internal guides, etc. for firm's business and branding.

- Creative designing of branding material for the firm like logos, letterheads, envelopes, merchandise, etc.

- Assist the firm, its Partners, and Associate Director - Business Strategy, Marketing & Content Development, HR & Administration of the Firm in Managing LinkedIn accounts, posts, and associated content on social media.

- Working on and implementing the right social media strategy for the firm to enhance business visibility.

- Advisory and implementation of new sources / avenues for push as well as pull marketing.

- Any other area as identified and mutually agreed upon by both the parties (firm and the team member) in the interest of Firm.

- Ensuring to learn all the necessary relevant skills required to do the assigned tasks well.

- Attending seminars/ training programs/ webinars/ internal and external knowledge sharing sessions.

Qualifications/ Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Arts, or Mass Media and Communication or equivalent degree

- PowerPoint Designing

- Graphic Designing

- Photoshop

- Canva

- Adobe After Effects

- Premiere Pro

- Video Editing, Videography, Video production (not a must have skill)

- Photography (not a must have skill)

- Good communication

- Attention to detail

- Understanding of color palettes

- Market research
