- Strategy is one of the key components of Tech Lead Role

- Hands on experience with complex project architecture & coding

- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services

- Track, analyse and monitor technology performance metrics

- Maintaining a customer-focused approach and aiding in the delivering of IT projects to Market.

- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards

- Working for customer delight & product enhancement

- 100% focus on availability, capacity and technology obsolescence management

- Analyse the business requirements and its impact

- Developing and maintaining software code

- Reviewing and Debugging code

- Creating and updating the technical document

- Follow the development cycle

Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership to team

- Guiding and training the team on newer technologies and frameworks.

- Motivating team to plan, finalize and execute projects within given timeline

- Effectively communicating project expectation to the Management and IT/ Project Team Members

- Encourage culture of upskilling

Requirement :

- Technical knowledge in asp.net with MVC and Asp.net with core, MS SQL, Javascript, jQuery

- Team handling exp

- Identify bottlenecks and performance-related issues, and devise solutions to these problems

- Experience in web deployment-related task

- Client coordination and requirements understanding

- Knowledge of code repo (github / SVN)
